Which test will I take, the 100-question one or the 128-question one?
It depends on when you filed Form N-400. Filed on or after 20 October 2025: the 2025 test with 128 questions. Filed before that date: the 2008 test with 100 questions. This app has both.

Can I take the test in Spanish?
Usually no. The interview and the test are in English. There is one exception: the English exemption, under the 50/20 or 55/15 rules. With it, you take the civics test in your own language, with your own interpreter.

Maybe not. If you are 50 or older with 20 years as a permanent resident, or 55 or older with 15 years, you skip the English test. You still take the civics test, in your own language.
